Return Policy:

All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date of original purchase.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package.

Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not offer refunds to your card.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

Return labels will be provided via our returns portal linked above.

Return shipping will be deducted from the original purchase amount.

We do not accept returns on jewelry, accessories, sale items, wigs, hairpieces, hair product, seasonal items or doorbusters.

Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased items.
You cannot return if:

It has been more than 21 days since the original purchase date.

If your purchase was on sale or was a doorbuster.

If your purchase was an accessory or jewelry item.

If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.

If the original tags are not attached.
